COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information

  • Our Clinic is open: Mondays–Thursdays from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • We are seeing patients via telehealth, which includes telemedicine, teledentistry, and telecounseling. You can learn more about our telehealth by clicking here.
    Please read the page below for more details in each department, including how we are seeing patients, handing out prescriptions in the Pharmacy, accepting new patients, and more.
  • Thursday evening walk-in clinics are cancelled until further notice. This Friday’s clinic is canceled (May 29).
  • We are seeing dental patients via teledentistry. You can learn more about our teledentistry on our telehealth page by clicking here. Per the American Dental Association’s recommendation, our Dental Clinic is closed except for emergencies.

Contact us by phone (757-886-0608) before coming to the Clinic or a hospital if you meet the following criteria:

  • Symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath or
  • Traveled outside of our local area within 14 days of onset of symptoms or
  • Contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of symptoms

Clinical

  • The Front Desk Reception is at a window near the front door entrance underneath the tent that is labeled “Reception”.

Clinical (continued)

  • We are seeing patients by telemedicine appointments with exceptions on a case-by-case basis, and these patients will be screened before being allowed to enter the facility. You can learn more about our telemedicine by clicking here.
  • We are currently not taking any sick walk-ins. Everyone must call the Clinic and receive triage by a medical staff member prior to making an appointment.
  • Sick patients who are coming to the Clinic for an appointment will be asked to wear a mask or scarf from home to cover their mouth and nose, and they are asked to call the Clinic from their vehicle when they arrive.  
  • Thursday evening walk-in clinics are cancelled until further notice. This Friday’s clinic is canceled (May 29). The majority of specialty clinics for the next 2 weeks are also cancelled.

Pharmacy

  • The Pharmacy is handing out prescriptions at the window facing the parking lot under the tent labeled “Pharmacy”.

Pharmacy (continued)

  • The Pharmacy is open:
    • Mondays–Wednesdays from 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
    • Thursdays from 11 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Please ask for 90-day refills on medications in order to help limit the amount of times visiting the Clinic.
  • Please give us 3 business days to get your prescriptions ready.

Behavioral Health

  • Behavioral counseling appointments are all occurring via telecounseling. You can learn more about our telecounseling by clicking here.

Dental

  • We are seeing dental patients via teledentistry. You can learn more about our teledentistry on our telehealth page by clicking here. Per the American Dental Association’s recommendation, our Dental Clinic is closed except for emergencies.
  • A staff member will remain in the office taking phone calls (757-886-0608 ext. 230) and contacting patients and volunteers regarding emergency circumstances and treatment.

Eligibility

  • New Patients: We are not having walk-in screenings, but we are still accepting online applications, which you can access by clicking here or you can contact us by calling Amber or Kristyn in the Eligibility Department at 757-886-0608 ext. 253. 
  • Current Patients: Please do not let your card expire. If your card is going to expire in the next 30 days, please call Amber or Kristyn in the Eligibility Department at 757-886-0608 ext. 253.
